As Senior LegalOps Manager, I use it daily alongside our General Counsel, and the biggest wins are: 1) facilitating quick redlining, clause drafting and negotiation; 2) no longer having to manually review and input contract data and negotiated clauses — it extracts and tags that automatically, and accurately; 3) accuracy The AI accuracy stands out among the tools we evaluated. I believe it's because they combine multiple models (Claude and ChatGPT) grounded in your own contracts and playbooks rather than relying on a single general-purpose LLM. The combination of legal and business experience of the co-founders is reflected in how the product skillfully addresses how legal teams actually think and work. The features I rely on most are the Agent, the Word Add-In, and the ability to reference our own Policies and Playbooks. The Word Add-In is seamless — no switching between tools. An unexpected benefit has been leveling up my own negotiation skills by seeing how the AI approaches redlines and fallback positions while incorporating our internal playbook guidance. The Chamelio team is exceptional — accessible, responsive, and genuinely invested in how we're using the product. For a small legal team, that kind of support really matters. **What do you dislike about Chamelio?** Early on, parts of the interface seemed a little bit counterintuitive, but this was in the product's very early days and the team was so responsive that issues got resolved quickly. Since then, no real complaints. **What problems is Chamelio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Chamelio, contract review and data entry were manual and time-consuming. Now, key contract data and negotiated clauses are extracted and tagged automatically, freeing up time for higher-value legal work. The Salesforce integration is straightforward, and the option to connect custom tools via APIs adds a lot of flexibility. It also handles large and older documents, as well as different languages, without issues. Pricing feels aligned with the market, and the tool is more powerful and flexible than most of the other tools we demoed. The Chamelio team is always available for support or troubleshooting and is genuinely responsive to requests for changes or features that would improve the product. Its UI gives the impression that it is doing a lot with its AI agents. It does have a Salesforce Integration. It’s working, and I can log in. Pricing is its best value proposition; it offers a low-cost alternative. With its limited customer base, they reply quickly to feature requests and have shown they can add new features. It has ‘AI agents’, its biggest marketing feature. **What do you dislike about Chamelio?** This tool was not designed with any planning or a modicum of effort; it exists entirely to give the appearance that these AI agents are saving you time. Legal Contracts are generated throughout protracted timelines; not expected for a serious company like Ironclad and Docusign. It consistently messes with the information in the fields and glitches out, editing the variables. It cannot resend the agreement or send it again; ensuring the agreement is sitting in their inbox without a clear way to resend beyond just recreating or cancelling the agreement. It's UI is clunky, its layout more akin to a Pollock painting than anything you should navigate. Its rules are intuitive, its design is weak. Do not expect to see this in use for more than three weeks before your employees demand a new tool or replacement. **What problems is Chamelio solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's utilized to send legal agreements to clients. ### 11.
