It was often hard to integrate all of the necessary information we collected from our members into ChamberMaster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It allows us to have all of our data in one place and keep client info. organized. It's good in my industry as we ned to reach out to people and be able to access this data easily when a client calls with a question or wants to terminate their membership. We can see their recent activity and be able to tell them how to make better use of membership. For example, we can see how many events they've attended as we track and manage event attendance through the app and tell them to log in and rsvp to upcoming events. As a software, its not very efficient or smart, its not the best out there. This is because it doesn't combine duplicate emails into one, you have to manually enter them which is pretty annoying. We had interns enter such data manually, but for smaller companies that don't have interns, it would be very annoying and time consuming to enter such data and double check that there are no duplicates. For example, if you input same email address or client name twice, it will save as two different people rather than eradicate duplicates. Same goes for a company, you have to manually enter a client's name under the company, it won't do it for you automatically, it'll just store a different person with the same company name rather than all the people who work under the same company in one dataset which is quite annoying.
