**What do you like best about Chama?**

ChaMa’s AI capabilities have been useful in relation to change management within organizations.  Most significantly, the power to work through employee sentiment, or to discern where great resistances may be likely to arise, has increased our change adoption.

**What do you dislike about Chama?**

There is a lack of flexibility in the reporting features because reports cannot be drilled down to the employee level.  Right now I would prefer to have more granular data on engagement reporting by the department, team, or by each employee.

**What problems is Chama solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChaMa erases conventional and consequential change management approaches and introduces a preventive, analytical model.  There is always an opportunity to work through what may become a problem and the platform assists in predicting what may turn into significant hurdles.
