It replaces the stack of separate billing, programming, scheduling, community, and retail tools most gyms cobble together, and puts everything in one platform built for CrossFit affiliates, BJJ and martial arts academies, personal training studios, functional fitness gyms, and boutique fitness businesses. Instead of paying for three or four apps that don't talk to each other, owners get one login for automated billing and payment processing, class and appointment scheduling, workout programming with built-in TV display and leaderboards, digital waivers and document management, retail and point of sale, kiosk check-in, and member communication by text and email. What sets Chalk It Pro apart is its built-in community layer. Members stay connected between classes through forums, channels, high fives, GIFs, and an announcement calendar. For owners focused on retention, that isn't a nice-to-have. It's what keeps members engaged with the gym beyond the hour they spend on the floor. Pricing is flat rate and transparent: no per-member fees, no hidden add-on charges, and no long-term contracts. I like that it's great for both the members and the backend. Our admin, programming staff, and those handling membership can manage everything within the platform really natively. I also appreciate that members can log their scores and do billing in one place, which is really hard to find. The integration with Go High Level is great, allowing communication with our CRM, making it easy when people sign up for a membership. It's super easy to set up for both the back end and the members. It has been great having a software that is pushing features forward and engaging my clients, while still somehow being cheaper than the previous companies I was with. **What do you dislike about Chalk It Pro?** There’s nothing of note. It looks good, it's easy to navigate, it's engaging, and it doesn't glitch, ever! **What do you dislike about Chalk It Pro?** Honestly there's nothing I dislike about Chalk It Pro. Like anything, there are features we'd love to see added, but the team has been doing a great job rolling them out. With other platforms I've used there were things I dislijed about it. That's not the case with CHIP. **What problems is Chalk It Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Chalk It Pro has improved member engagement. Not only in terms of tracking performance and attendance, but it community vibe as well. Coming from our previous solution, the transition felt smooth thanks to the onboarding team, who made the setup process straightforward and helped us get comfortable with the platform quickly. All my my 'newbie' questions were met with patience and grace to get my gym online as fast as possible and operating better than ever before. **What problems is Chalk It Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Chalk It Pro has helped us solve a lot of the pain points we experienced with larger gym management platforms, especially around rising costs and lack of transparency.
