I think it would be better to have a cheat sheet to help first-time clients navigate what is needed to set themselves up for success. If I could have told my clients ahead of time they needed a specific size image we could have created it, but we lost a significant publication because we couldn't get it done in time. The Chainwire team is fast and prompt with responses. The services and prices are transparent, and the invoice and payment process is easy to use. It would be helpful to be able to choose the publications rather than having an assortment of publications selected by the team.
