## Chainstack Reviews
 ### 1. Seamless Transition, Sensible Pricing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yousef A. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Chainstack?**

I like Chainstack for its sensible pricing, which allows me to know what I am paying for, unlike QuickNode which I migrated from. I pay less for the same usage compared to QuickNode. For comparison, I started with QuickNode at their old $50/mo pricing and they suddenly updated their pricing structure which increased my monthly bill to $250/mo. Shortly after our product grew, the bill would have become $1K/mo, which led me to look for alternatives. Chainstack came out on top. The support is prompt and quick to help if or when I encounter any issues. The transition from QuickNode was seamless, just requiring an update to the endpoints on my end.

**What do you dislike about Chainstack?**

No issues so far, quick and seamless.

**What problems is Chainstack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chainstack lets me deploy numerous crypto nodes without the infrastructure headaches, offers sensible pricing where I know what I pay for, and provides quick support, making it more affordable and supportive than QuickNode.

 ### 2. 100% Reliable RPC Nodes!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allen J. | Community Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Chainstack?**

Honestly, they’ve been great. I’ve been using their RPC nodes for development, and it’s been 100% reliable so far. On top of that, the team is very supportive and quick to help when I need it.

**What do you dislike about Chainstack?**

Nothing I can think of. They went downtime once but other than that. Been great.

**What problems is Chainstack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RPC nodes are hard to maintain on our own so they take care of the headache.

 ### 3. Exactly what we needed

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Safdar K. | Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Chainstack?**

Node setup is very fast and I can run multiple nodes from the same dashboard with good stability. Archive data is reliable, speed is consistent and I have not faced throttling since switching. Latency outside the US has also improved significantly.

**What do you dislike about Chainstack?**

I wish there were more builtin alerts for RPC errors. Right now it requires manual setup which adds extra work. Preconfigured alerts would make monitoring easier.

**What problems is Chainstack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its a solid choice for us because its providing us a reliable node infrastructure. Before latency was slowing down our apps in non US regions. With Chainstack nodes deployed globally response times are faster and archive access is reliable so the team can work without delays.

 ### 4. Affordable archive access that scales for us

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dhanar k. | Backend Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Chainstack?**

What i like is the archive and trace APIs are always available, so our team can pull historical blockchain data without issues. We mostly like that the pricing is affordable compared to other options, ROI is better and we can scale usage freely. The best part is even when we are hammering testnets or older mainnet blocks the performance is stable, no lag and no slowdown.

**What do you dislike about Chainstack?**

only issue is the dashboard is only in English, we wish it had other languages for our global members

**What problems is Chainstack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Strong fit for us because we are managing heavy data loads at fair rates, only language support is still a gap but otherwise value for money.

 ### 5. Infra with all the extras built in

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarthak d. | Technical Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Chainstack?**

we are getting all our infra in one place itself. We are running both EVM and non-EVM projects and earlier we had to depend on multiple providers. Now with Chainstack we are getting faucets, subgraphs, and access rules also included, so cost is lower and setup is much simpler.

**What do you dislike about Chainstack?**

One small problem is webhook triggers. Some of them are still needing manual configuration so more ready automation would really help when we are onboarding projects fast.

**What problems is Chainstack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Basically it is reducing the overhead of managing multiple RPC providers. We are now spending less time on infra and more time on client work which is improving overall delivery efficiency.

 ### 6. Simple, no config global RPC nodes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fabien L. | Finance Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Chainstack?**

I’m using the global RPC nodes for Polygon and Ethereum. We switched from a self hosted node and am now happy because I don’t need to configure anything.

No significant lags so far, but maybe because I m not running a huge volume of calls. So I would say it’s a top RPC provider for this price, removing tons of headache.

**What do you dislike about Chainstack?**

No significant lags so far, but maybe because I’m not running a huge volume…

**What problems is Chainstack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were self hosting a node before this and got tired of maintaining it. Syncing, uptime issues, constant updates, it was too much overhead for what I actually needed. With Chainstack global RPC, I don't have to worry about these things anymore.

 ### 7. Low-latency RPC

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khawaja A. | Web Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Chainstack?**

Chainstack is helping us run production monitoring without managing own RPC nodes. This is saving us time and effort, and reliability is better. Our team can now focus on analysis and product features, not on infra headache.

**What do you dislike about Chainstack?**

Only thing is I wish they give one single endpoint for filtered feeds. Right now we are joining multiple streams, which is working but little bit extra work.

**What problems is Chainstack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chainstack is helping us run production monitoring without managing own RPC nodes. This is saving us time and effort, and reliability is better. Our team can now focus on analysis and product features, not on infra headache.

 ### 8. Stable blockchain infra for our training bots

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** innocent o. | FX Educator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Chainstack?**

The thing i like is clean APIs and stable uptime. Our AI bots are connecting to multiple blockchains without issue and integration into our systems was fast. Team onboarding was smooth, so we are focusing on teaching instead of infra worries.

**What do you dislike about Chainstack?**

Docs are very detailed but little heavy for beginners. A simple onboarding guide for trainers would save time.

**What problems is Chainstack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Chainstack, connecting our bots to multiple blockchains for training scenarios was too complex and costly. With Chainstack, we are cutting down setup time, reducing infrastructure costs, and avoiding the risk of unreliable public nodes.

 ### 9. Solid uptime and fast response on Base and BNB nodes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yash V. | Managing Director, Industrial Automation, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Chainstack?**

Been running production workloads on Base and BNB, and have had zero reliability issues so far. I’m using Global nodes with archive and debug access enabled - everything works fine.Node response time is quite good, nodes handle consistent traffic and occasional spikes without issue. It’s good they have Endpoints for HTTPS and WebSocket connection. I haven’t had to contact support much, but the few times I did, the response was fast and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Chainstack?**

Honestly, no major issues so far im liking all features

**What problems is Chainstack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a stable infrastructure for a production dApp on Base and a bot setup on BNB. Didn't want to manage my own nodes or deal with flaky third-party RPCs that randomly go down or rate limit. With Chainstack I was able to do so and it's been running solid for months.

 ### 10. Solid choice for historical blockchain data

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sheila R. | Senior Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Chainstack?**

Archive nodes are available across Ethereum and Polygon in one dashboard, so workflow is smooth. Query performance is consistent even when I am pulling deep history data. Endpoints are stable under load, so ROI on research and indexing work is showing good value

**What do you dislike about Chainstack?**

The first time sync for the archive nodes is taking some time, so you have to wait a little bit before all the history data is there. Its not a big problem but something to know before starting

**What problems is Chainstack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

running our own archive nodes was a problem because the infrastructure cost was high and there were always sync issues. Chainstack is solving this big pain point completely. We are saving a lot of time and resources

 ### 11. Easy migration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexis G. | Compliance & Risk Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Chainstack?**

We switched part of our stack to Chainstack after dealing with inconsistent response times and rate limits on another provider. Migration was really easy and now we run Solana, polygon and ethereum in production from the same dashboard with low latency even during traffic spikes. Unlimited Nodes let us scale without touching our infrastructure and the global distribution noticeably improves performance for users outside the US.

**What do you dislike about Chainstack?**

Advanced alerting could be more customizable, right now I still hook into external monitoring to get anomaly detection.

**What problems is Chainstack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chainstack puts all our Solana, Polygon, and Ethereum work in one simple dashboard, so we’re not using multiple tools. We can manage nodes quickly, without extra hardware and still get fast, reliable performance.

 ### 12. Exactly what we needed for projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kawthar B. | Senior Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Chainstack?**

Started using Chainstack when we needed RPC access for a few chains that weren’t well supported elsewhere. Over time I’ve moved most of my infra here because of the offerings. Pricings reasonable now too especially for projects that need a mix of mainnet and testnet access.

**What do you dislike about Chainstack?**

The platform does what it says but there are still small things to fix like analytics pages can lag a bit if you’ve got a bunch of projects.

**What problems is Chainstack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its become our default RPC provider for most projects, meaning less context switching between dashboards and fewer vendors to manage. Having extra services like faucets and Subgraphs in the same place has cut down on our glue code and devops overhead.

 ### 13. Low latency and strong performance for trading bots

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary C. | Vice President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Chainstack?**

we started with the Growth plan and unlimited node add on. Outstanding performance and low latency (its important for my trading bot). RPS tiered plan is a magic, really convenient option. Strongly recommend for all Web3 builders!

**What do you dislike about Chainstack?**

No suitable location available for Trader Node deployment, unfortunately.

**What problems is Chainstack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helped us with running a trading bot that needs to broadcast and read mempool data quickly. With the unlimited node addon I’m not getting rate limited during high traffic times and latency’s been solid.

 ### 14. Easy way of managing nodes across chains

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hamza Q. | Blockchain Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Chainstack?**

I am running nodes using Arbitrum, Base and also Solana all under separate projects at Chainstack. hidden costs or anything. The usage statistics are also very simple and easy to understand. An important thing that they do differently is unique api Keys for every RPC node. I dont know why its still not an industry standard, but it’s super cool for developers and node security

**What do you dislike about Chainstack?**

Would be nice to have an SSO login available from lower plans

**What problems is Chainstack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having each project split out with its own keys and usage makes everything easier. Its just a better way to manage infra when you’re working in multiple chains.

 ### 15. Solid option if you are looking for affordable provider

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shayan K. | Software Developer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Chainstack?**

The Unlimited Node addon has been a big win. The tiered RPS pricing is also more predictable than what I’ve dealt with from other providers. In overall, its letting us run real time trading infrastructure without having to overbuild my own setup just to handle occasional traffic spikes.

**What do you dislike about Chainstack?**

Would be great if there were more deployment region options for Trader Nodes.

**What problems is Chainstack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Running analytics at scale without paying ridiculous rates for archive access. Works just as well under heavy load as it does for small requests.

 ### 16. Full archive access with trace APIs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha M. | Website Security Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Chainstack?**

Using it for data analytics mostly. Archive access and trace API is much cheaper then in other RPC providers, but everything works really fast. As for me its a perfect balance between price and available RPS on the plan. Quick onboarding and fast node setup are significant benefits of using Chainstack.

**What do you dislike about Chainstack?**

No localization, all Console UI and Documentation are only in English

**What problems is Chainstack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Needed full archive access with trace support for running some analytics on testnets and older blocks. Most RPCs either charge a ton for that or throttle you once you start pulling anything

 ### 17. No more chaos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Judit C. | Sales Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Chainstack?**

i like how it looks and the functions are great

**What do you dislike about Chainstack?**

have to explore more to know more about the app but its awesome

**What problems is Chainstack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Debugging contract issues used to take hours with slow tools. Chainstack speeds it up letting me fix bugs faster and iterate on my project without delays.

 ### 18. Tracking usage is simple, and uptime has been flawless.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikita I. | Head of Engineering, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Chainstack?**

No unexpected surprises with quotas, and everything runs smoothly without downtime.

**What do you dislike about Chainstack?**

Some parts of the UI could be more intuitive when managing projects.

**What problems is Chainstack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We no longer worry about unstable connections or confusing pricing. Everything is predictable and just works.

 ### 19. Chainstack was the best choice for me and my system, it greatly improved performance.

**What do you dislike about Chainstack?**

Nothing in particular. You can always want things to go faster but this is was definitely ok.

**What problems is Chainstack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Running pokt nodes

 ### 22. Great Platform, which I saw actually working for an enterprise client

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2020

**What do you like best about Chainstack?**

Ease of use and flexibility as it works with all leading blockchain protocols. It integrates well with any other service via APIs, hence it does not limit the user from building a "blockchain only" solution.

Chainstack can make the task of setting up and managing a blockchain based project simple yet powerful and scalable.

The Chainstack team and its partners are very dedicated to support projects and succeed together with their clients.

**What do you dislike about Chainstack?**

Nothing I dislike about the solution, we only had positive experiences with it so far.

**What problems is Chainstack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems of having to get into very technical details about the setup of the blockchain foundation, having to worry about infrastructure and being constrained to one or two protocols.

 ### 23. Jump in and let Chainstack guide you through!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Chainstack?**

Chainstack would help you as a individual developer or an organization (like they did for us) leap frog and start your running your network without the burden of setup complexity. We liked:
- The user experience (provided that you are tech-savvy and have minimal knowledge on BC concepts) offered smooth navigation and the wizard-like assistant to mount your project is very intuitive.
- Support from the team on mounting our first PoC. Managed services is definitely the model we will adopt

**What do you dislike about Chainstack?**

We are still looking for downsides but found none so far

**Recommendations to others considering Chainstack:**

Before you ask for a trial, have a first discussion with team to understand more the Blockchain philosophy and Chainstack's added value/differentiators and take the opportunity to share your pain points so they could recommend the right approach and the appropriate protocols to use.

**What problems is Chainstack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Assets tracking in our physical supply chain and offering some kind of transparency to our partners guaranteeing that the transactional data is tamper proof.

 ### 24. Excellent solution with an amazing support team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clement G. | Director of Channel Sales - Asia, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Chainstack?**

Our experience with Chainstack was completely flawless right from the beginning. Overall, Chainstack makes the difference thanks to a great UX packed with simple to use and yet very powerful features. We were up and running in no time and never had any issues in terms of performance. We contacted support a couple of times and we received feedback immediately.

**What do you dislike about Chainstack?**

Nothing to note. everything was perfect.

**What problems is Chainstack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We tried to launch our blockchain project on our own before we discovered Chainstack. We ran into multiple integration issues and wasted lots of time in debugging our set up. Once we started using Chainstack we saved weeks of work and we can now operate with a complete piece of mind as we scale up.

 ### 25. review for Chainstack

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kenneth H. | Chief Technology Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Chainstack?**

user interface is friendly and simple.Chainstack provide a good service for Blochchain software development. Software developer don't need to handle blockchain infrastructure and easily to scale up !! More importantly , they also provide a good recommendation for us to developer our applications and services.

 ### 26. Top-notch professional support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antoine M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2020

**What do you like best about Chainstack?**

Aside from the ease of use of Chainstack, I appreciated their top-notch support. I had questions about APIs and ways to integrate with other tools which were answered promptly and efficiently. There kind of solutions sometimes lack explainability and proper professional, dedicated support which was not the case here, hence my positive comment.

**What do you dislike about Chainstack?**

So far I could not find any downside as it solved the problem I wanted to fix

**What problems is Chainstack solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Was looking for a fast and efficient way to deploy and use blockchain on a multi-cloud environment, the promise was kept
