**What do you dislike about Chain?**

There is nothing about Chain that I dislike, and I believe more people should take advantage of its capabilities.

**What problems is Chain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AI-driven technology will reduce the need for constant emails and encourage carriers to adopt Chain, positioning it as a one-stop shop for all our needs.

  ### 2. A Modern, Responsive Solution with a Fantastic Team Behind It

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David A. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Chain?**

The clean UI, fast response times, and the level of support from the Chain team.

**What do you dislike about Chain?**

Nothing significant so far — any small issues have been addressed quickly by the team.

**What problems is Chain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chain has helped us solve a few big issues we were dealing with — mainly the time and energy spent on check calls and trying to keep everyone on the same page during a shipment. Before Chain, we were using outdated systems that didn’t talk to each other, and our team was constantly having to chase updates.

Now, with Chain, a lot of that’s automated. Check calls are handled by the system, updates are pushed in real time, and the communication is tied directly to shipments, which has made a huge difference. It’s allowed us to be way more efficient without adding more people to the team, and the visibility has helped us provide better service to our customers.

  ### 3. Something Differrent

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon B. | Executive Vice President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Chain?**

Chain completely changes the game when it comes to freight communication and coordination. The unified inbox alone is a standout—it brings emails, chats, and updates into a single view, which keeps everyone aligned without chasing messages across platforms. Booking loads is also a breeze with their unique flow—it’s smart, efficient, and actually enjoyable. Compared to traditional TMS tools, Chain feels modern and responsive. It’s built for how freight should be run today, not how it used to be.

**What do you dislike about Chain?**

The only downside I’ve run into is that Chain is still expanding its platform with some systems. If you’re using highly customized or older tech, you might have to adjust a few workflows or wait for future updates. That said, their support team is responsive and keeps pushing updates, so it’s clear they’re listening to user feedback.

**What problems is Chain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chain is solving one of the biggest challenges in freight—fragmented communication. Before, we were juggling multiple systems, emails, spreadsheets, and chat apps just to keep track of a single shipment. Chain’s unified inbox and booking workflows have centralized our ops and improved team response time. It also enhances visibility across the board, which helps reduce missed updates and improves accountability. Overall, it’s allowed us to scale communication without scaling chaos.

  ### 4. This is a game changer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris C. | Carrier Rep Team Lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Chain?**

Chain is quickly becoming a game-changer in the logistics industry, offering a streamlined platform that brings drivers, brokers, and dispatchers together like never before. Designed with real-world challenges in mind, this app makes communication smooth, effective, and immediate, helping to eliminate the delays and misunderstandings that can cost time and money.

One of Chain’s standout features is its easy booking system, which simplifies the process of finding and locking in loads. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, meaning even those with limited tech experience can use it without a steep learning curve.

The app also excels in carrier vetting, giving brokers access to key safety and compliance data in just a few taps. This makes it faster and safer to match carriers with the right freight, while helping dispatchers focus on logistics rather than paperwork.

Where Chain truly shines is in its real-time truck tracking capabilities. Once a load is booked, the app provides accurate and consistent tracking updates, allowing brokers and shippers to know exactly where their freight is—at all times. This level of visibility builds trust, cuts down on check calls, and gives everyone peace of mind. Drivers don’t have to deal with constant phone calls, and brokers can provide customers with up-to-date ETAs without guesswork.

Whether you're managing a single shipment or a full fleet, Chain's tracking system ensures complete transparency and accountability from pickup to delivery.
Benefits:
Real-time messaging between all parties

Efficient load booking with clear, transparent details

Quick carrier vetting and safety checks

Accurate, live tracking for every load

Easy-to-use interface with minimal onboarding time

Chain brings much-needed clarity and connectivity to the freight industry. Whether you’re a solo owner-operator, part of a dispatch team, or managing brokerage operations, this app helps keep everyone on the same page—literally. With live tracking, seamless communication, and simplified vetting and booking, it's a must-have tool for any logistics professional looking to boost efficiency and reduce headaches.

**What do you dislike about Chain?**

The thing i dislike about it is that there is no map where all the loads being tracked are but it is in the works.

**What problems is Chain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking, Booking, and Check calls

  ### 5. Chain the tech platform that truly listens to their users and adapts to them.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria Constanza O. | Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Chain?**

Most tech platforms tell you that they truly care about user feedback but very few really do listen to their users. If they do listen to their users their input is rarely taken into account. Chain is the complete opposite of any tech platform I have ever seen in the 3PL space. The truly listen to their customers and their platform adapts to the company not the other way around. When you have a tech platform change or be added to your company you get a lot of pushback from current employees. When we updated chain to the new platform it was the easiest implementation we have ever had. They also have people in their company who have been part of the industry and they understand it. Their new platform is very user friendly and very easy to integrate into your TMS provider. We use it constantly here at Bedrock and when there are issues their customer support is quick to respond and get it resolved.

**What do you dislike about Chain?**

We only have one small issue and it would be for the tracking pings to be consistent with location data.

**What problems is Chain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customer tracking visibility, which increases the amount of loads our customer gives us. Helps our OPS with some very basic SOPs that allows them more time to book more freight. We are able to scale up without hiring more OPS personal, which allows our people to make more money and keep turn-over very low. In their booking platform we use it as the first line of defense to help us combat fraud, which has become such a massive issue in our industry.

  ### 6. An innovative partner that prioritizes their customer needs!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nolan D. | Chief Solutions Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Chain?**

Chain has been a longstanding partner for our company. They tailor their technology to be a successful tool for their customers while keeping up with the industry’s demand for continued efficiency.

Our operators love the capabilities, and our customers appreciate the visibility. The way Chain has molded the product to fit into our existing technology is the reason it has been so successful. Thus mitigating the change management we all often experience with new technology.

Knowing we have a partner that is willing to work with us on solving supply chain issues and execute has been a pillar to the solutions we provide our customers.

**What do you dislike about Chain?**

Nothing to dislike! We appreciate the continued collaboration and partnership.

**What problems is Chain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Too many to count! At its core, Chain is solving for carrier visibility and booking collaboration. Our team benefits from a platform that streamlines our interaction with carriers on multiple levels.

  ### 7. True Partners

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greg F. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Chain?**

Working with Chain has been a breath of fresh air in an industry that too often settles for “good enough.” From the start, their team has demonstrated a clear commitment to collaboration—not just as a buzzword, but as a real working philosophy. They listen. They iterate. And they’re not afraid to push the product forward when it means unlocking new value, not just for us, but for the broader user base.

The platform itself is intuitive and flexible—our team adopted it quickly, and the ease of use has allowed us to focus more on driving results and less on troubleshooting. But what really sets Chain apart is their openness. They’ve welcomed feedback, invited tough questions, and turned insights into actionable improvements at a pace that shows they’re serious about innovation.

In short, Chain isn’t just a vendor—they’re a partner. One that’s evolving right alongside us. That’s rare, and it’s why we see them as a long-term asset in our tech stack.

**What do you dislike about Chain?**

Speaking specifically to our use, The integration is just becoming fully functional with our TMS, They were very open on that and have been great on updates and transparency

**What problems is Chain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking is seemless and one platform for communication

  ### 8. BEST KEPT SECRET IN FREIGHT

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ERIC S. | PRESIDENT, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Chain?**

WE LOVE THE ABILITY TO BE FLEXIBLE AND WORK AROUND OUR STANDARD OPERATING PROCEEDURES. WE HAVE CUSTOM TRAILORED A SOLUTION TO MAKE BOTH OUR EMPLOYEES JOBS EASIER BUT ALSO WITH THE CARRIER IN MIND AS WELL. AI IS THE FUTURE OF THIS INDUSTRY WITH UNDERSTANDING THAT YOU STILL NEED PEOPLE BEHIND THESE PROCESSES. CHAIN GETS THAT AND WE ARE LOVING OUR PARTNERSHIP

**What do you dislike about Chain?**

THAT MORE PEOPLE ARE NOT USING IT. LETS GET WITH IT! CHAIN IS THE FUTURE OF AI TRACKING

**What problems is Chain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its getting rid of the mindless tasks that AI can replace. Also allows us to make sure we never forget a check call, or message to our drivers or dispatch team.

  ### 9. Best Tech and Team Available

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew b. | President, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Chain?**

They are rapidly adaptable and listen to their customers. Most tech companies build something and tell their customers how they should use it, when it really should be the other way around.

**What do you dislike about Chain?**

They are our favorite business partner, its hard to come up with answer because they are far and away more reliable and products more effective than our other technology partners. They are different, which is a good thing.

**What problems is Chain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to scale our business with technology, we are able to ramp up and down without having to manage body count as detailed. We are able to do more with less which has helped our ability to remain profitiable.

  ### 10. The best... period.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Chain?**

This is the best visibility software I've seen. My favorite things about Chain:
- Fraud detection on tracking
- Chatting with drivers/dispatchers
- AI check calls
- Ease of use (this is so underrated now-a-days)
- One click integration for our TMS
- Customer support is super responsive

**What do you dislike about Chain?**

I wish the chat functionality could be inside my TMS. I know they do it for others, but ours is pending.
I also wish I could use their AI for my carrier sales team; I know they said its on the roadmap.

**What problems is Chain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chain is automating our check-call process. We have a few people on the track-and-trace side that are managing an insane number of loads using Chain. We're saving hours per day per rep.

From a fraud perspective, Chain has identified a few loads for us where a carrier was attempting to fraud us with fake tracking. Didn't happen a lot, but those few times it saved us from something catastrophic.

  ### 11. Chain is the best!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brendan M. | Talent Acquisition Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Chain?**

I love working with the Chain Team. They are always very quick to respond and very receptive to feedback. They were a great assistance when we migrated our team to their newest platform. The system is straight forward and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Chain?**

An easier way to differentiate the driver and dispatcher's names/numbers in the chat feature.

**What problems is Chain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility on tracking. Fraud and theft are a huge issue, and being able to have eyes on our freight lets up sleep a little sounder at night.
