Each kind of work runs as an AI workflow: the steps your team follows, written down so they run the same way whoever does the job. Chaidojo learns your method from past work, templates and reviewers' comments, then works from this week's files as they are, including spreadsheets, PDFs, exports and scanned or handwritten sheets. It can read straight from Google Drive and OneDrive folders, and on Team and Enterprise from most other systems with an API, without changing anything in them. It pulls the data together, flags anything that doesn't add up, and drafts in your own template. Every number is traced to the file it came from, and every run keeps a record of its steps, sources, AI models, cost and sign-off. A named person on your team reviews and signs off each piece, so review means checking, not rewriting. The same workspace shows every piece of work your team owes: done, in progress or waiting for someone. Teams set goals (OKRs) and link finished work to them, and progress updates on its own. Your documents and past work are organized once, so anyone can ask a question and get an answer that shows the page it came from. Each client or project has its own space, and you decide who sees what. Chaidojo isn't tied to one AI company, and every run shows what it cost. On Team and Enterprise, it picks the right AI model for each step, a cheap one for a simple check and the strongest for hard reasoning, or you choose your own, at the provider's own prices or on your own account. Those plans run in your own cloud or on your own servers as standard, or in a dedicated environment we host. Starter is hosted by Chaidojo on our standard AI model, or in your own cloud on request.
