Quartz CH-LIMS is a Laboratory Information Management System built for chemical analysis labs, supporting workflows such as ultrapure water testing, product ecology and safety analysis, incoming materials inspection, and prohibited chemicals certification. CH-LIMS is highly configurable and supports multiple chemical analysis techniques, including ICP-MS and IC, importing data files directly from a wide range of laboratory instruments rather than requiring manual data entry. The system provides comprehensive sample data review, supports computation of results from imported instrument data, and allows lab staff to select specific results for release. Released results can be transposed automatically into a final report format, and chemical data files are archived within the system for later retrieval. The Job Manager view tracks samples through the analysis workflow, giving lab staff visibility into completed and in-progress work at a glance.
