User-friendly. Somewhat customizable. That's all I can say about it. Everything else I've dealt with has been terrible. Pretty expensive for the crappy customer service we've experienced. **What do you dislike about CGM CLINICAL?** Customer service is terrible. I've had an e-fax issue with them since January 2022 and it's still not resolved, yet I'm still paying over $400 for the e-fax. Also, they sent me an undated letter in March 2022 stating they're raising our rates by over 5% and decided to send with it January and Feb 2022 invoices with the raised rates. I have a 4 year contract with them and they wouldn't honor the original prices even though I had a 4 year contract with them. Shady... **What problems is CGM CLINICAL solving and how is that benefiting you?** Trying to solve e-fax problem with them since January 2022. It's now May. Still not fixed. Still trying to discuss invoice issue with them, but they are no longer replying back to me. ### 2.
