CFO Copilot is a cash flow forecasting software for small and mid-sized businesses in Colombia (software de flujo de caja para pymes). It reviews a company's real receivables and payables, projects the cash balance day by day at 30, 60 and 90 days, and alerts managers in advance about the dates when cash would fall below their minimum. It also lets them simulate decisions, such as buying inventory, hiring or taking a loan, before executing them, with base, optimistic and pessimistic scenarios. An AI financial assistant answers questions about the company's cash in natural language and suggests the next action. CFO Copilot is not accounting software: it complements the accountant with a forward-looking view. Data can be imported from CSV (including exports from Siigo, Alegra and World Office), Google Sheets or entered manually. It includes an Experts Center to book virtual sessions with human finance, accounting, tax and customs professionals. Built in Pereira, Colombia, fully in Spanish, with prices in Colombian pesos and a 10-day free trial with no credit card required.
