If you want a more systematic approach for managing your projects then you will need Cflow. As someone new to using such BPM Saas tools, i find Cflow quite simple and effective to use. Their training was very much helpful in learning about the basics of the tool and in no time i started creating workflows and assigning people to tasks and managing it all from a single place.
