The UI is also quite pretty and professional looking. Using it not only helped organizing the HR department in the first place, it also opened up new possibilities as to what kinds of reports we could possibly need, this made for a great improvement. **What do you dislike about Cezanne HR?** It doesn't contemplate different kinds of "days off" or "optional holiday" events that tend to vary from country to country, having a rigid structure made it difficult to fit some special requirements our company had. Mainly because of this problema the company eventually switched to a different software, nevetheless it was a great first experience with HR software for us. **Recommendations to others considering Cezanne HR:** Try to plan ahead what kind of things you need/expect from the software, that will allow you to make better questions to the support team and suggest interesting changes if needed. **What problems is Cezanne HR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cezanne allowed me to have a better track record of my days off in a month and/or in a year and maintain a more fluid communication with th HR department; in the long term this means more productive time and less interruptions. ### 9. I mean, here, in Argentina, you have to sign a paper (now online) if you are agree with the amount of money that the company desposit in your salary account. You can not do that with Cezanne, at least a couple years ago. **Recommendations to others considering Cezanne HR:** If your looking for a tool that allows you to gather basci information of your company coworkers, this is the right tool. Its interface was complicated, we needed 2 trainings to know the basics and even then, we have a lot of dobuts and dificulties in its use everytime we logged. **What problems is Cezanne HR solving and how is that benefiting you?** We didn't have, by that time, any HR software, we tracked every issue in excel spreadsheets. It was a way to start taking the issues more seriously but it was definetely not the best app to chose ### 11. I like seeing how much I make a year as a reminder. It's easy to see how many vacation/sick days I have left. As a mid-level employee, it meets all my needs. **What do you dislike about Cezanne HR?** None so far. For what I do it is very wasy to use. It would be helpful to see if something hasn't been approved but not denied. I like especially that I can enter virtually all of my employee data--from performance reviews to goal tracking to standard person information--and have access to all of it at my fingertips. Moreover, its ability to provide analytics and easy to ready graphics and data makes it great for sharing with colleagues during a presentation or report. **What do you dislike about Cezanne HR?** As much as CezanneHR's full set of features is a blessing, it can also be considered a curse for a smaller business. Ultimately, for a smaller business like ours, there's almost too much that CezanneHR has on offer, and getting employees to dive in can be somewhat of a challenge at times as they find it overwhelming. **Recommendations to others considering Cezanne HR:** Above all else, consider if CezanneHR is right for what you need out of an HR software. More to the point, is consider how much functionality you will truly need and use. If you're a mid-to-large organization, there should be everything you need here and for a relatively accessible price. If you're smaller, you might be better off finding a less robust program to handle your HR needs without overdoing it. **What problems is Cezanne HR solving and how is that benefiting you?** As with most HR programs we have tried, CezanneHR allows for centralization of data, minimizing paper waste, and providing useful analytics to guide decision-making. This has decreased the time spent on the often trying tasks of calculating ROIs, determining performance evaluations, and simply tracking down data.
