User interface very easy to navigate and staff can adapt to using it very quickly. Easy to use and easy to configure. Unlike most systems or ATS that claim to be fully customizable and fully configurable - Occupop actually delivers on this. I can easily update the hiring flow or candidate questions and tailor them to each role. Some UX niggles that I hope will be addressed in the next product release - you have to keep clicking to load more candidates, and when candidates respond to emails sent in bulk, it's not easy to reply to each individual message.
