- The system in general is so user-friendly from the perspective of both the administrator and the everyday user.

- The dashboards are all incredibly clean and fully customiseable.

- The modules (so far, we have People, Absence, and Performance) are all very easy to set up and roll out to staff.

- The system has so many useful features including; a detailed analytics suite/advanced seach reporting, document system allowing the creation of templates to be merged and issued out to staff, Outlook integration for holidays/appointments, and a performance review process that allows you to track every aspect of your people's appraisals/goals.

- The team at Cezanne are first class - with our initial sales contact (Jo Hill), our implementation manager (Rouen Rizotto), and the general support team all responding quickly, in a friendly yet professional manner, and with easy to understand guidance on every aspect of the system. There is genuinely nothing that I would say I 'dislike' about Cezanne - there are minor improvements/feautures that I would like to see introduced, i.e., the ability to edit a merged document, rather than having to start fresh if something isn't right with it, or to not need to terminate a full process when editing a form, but these are just very slight gripes. A broad range of functions and features for you to use diversely across the business, with plenty of ways to manage data and engage with employees and managers. The software is quite modular and takes a while to get used to certain admin elements, as with any system.
