Sometimes I run into issues when trying to complete a process, for example the leavers process. We follow the steps as required, but there can be background issues that prevent us from completing and submitting it, and it isn’t always clear what those underlying issues are. We adopted CezanneHR in June 2023 and haven't looked back, we particularly love the automation via workflows and many available notifications, which can also start processes without us lifting a finger. The flexibility Cezanne allows to grow with our evolving and high growth business is exceptional and the customer success team and sales teams service levels are second to none. We continue to adopt modules as they are released and are eagerly supporting with trials for improvements. The onboarding welcome portal provides a warm and inviting introduction for new employees joining the company. My one peeve is that I am not able to easily create documents in the Documents directory. It would be so much easier and time-saving if the ribbon was aligned with the Outlook one so that documents can be created and edited directly into the document.
