What do you like best about CEX.IO?

I like Cex.io mobile application, it is very convinient and simple and allow us the full actions just like in the web platform.

Expensive rates in BTC, ETH, XRP markets -it lets me sell at a slightly more expensive price than the entire market.

Simplicity in the platform - also beginners that employed in my company manage to trade with all the actions offered in this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CEX.IO?

The support team takes sometimes more than 2 weeks to answer our responses, this is a big disadvantage.

Small amount of coins to trade - but as a "boutique" platform this is not so bad and they continue list significant crypto assets (for example - they are listing LTC in these days for trading).

High fees in fiat deposits/withdrawals - much expensive than other crypto exchanges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CEX.IO:

I recommend you to use Cex.io moblie application - like i said it is very useful and giving you the same abilities the web platform gives - on your mobile. i really think they have the best mobile application for cryptocurrencies trading.

Deposit&Withdraw your funds using Visa card, sometimes it doesn't work with Mastercard cards (it happened with several users and credit cards in my company). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CEX.IO solving and how is that benefiting you?

Buy, sell and general trading directly from our fiat money (using credit card or our bank account) - this ability is not offered in a lot of loyal crypto exchanges.

Crypto exchange platform that offers also reliable mobile application - this is enabling you to track your tradings and pretty much doing the same actions in your mobile phone/ipad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CEX.IO?

Platform has high rates for BTC to USD, which is good if you wish to sell bitcoin

Platform's look and feel is great, looks calming, secure and professional

Registration in UK, MSB status in FinCEN, essential licenses and strong relations with banks

Protection against DDoS attacks, full data encryption, compliant with PCI DSS standards

Reasonable trading fees for takers and makers, special conditions for high volume traders, strong offers for market makers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CEX.IO?

Transfers take time and many times don't show up

Use if if you need to get USD from bitcoin or ethereum

Support is very bad and irresponsive to problems

I can't access the trade section of CEX.IO on any of my browsers as it's getting very slow

CEX have a very high trading volume

CEX allows you to withdraw money to a bank account directly

CEX.io use same bank as Bitfinex

CEX.IO doesn't allow withdrawals for any U.S. users

CEX.IO denied verification; confused my father for a politician of the same name; money stuck

CEX.IO did a typo on my country and won't correct it

More than 12hrs, BTC transfer from CEX.IO to Binance still not received

2FA Disable Request 3 weeks + 2 tickets + several tweets and emails and still completely ignored

"Cex.io - A platform that progresses slowly but surely"

What do you like best about CEX.IO?

* Every 4 months Cex.io platform listed a new crypto asset - in these days they are listing Litecoin for trade / buy or sale.

* As a seller - i really like the difference between the prices (high convertion rates for most of the cryptocurrencies).

* It allows you to withdraw instantly fiat money to your credit card or bank account

* Advanced mobile application - working fast and allows you all of the actions you can do on the web platform.

* Variety amount of useful API's for developers - REST API, WebSocket API, FIX API - this is great and helps to cooperate with this platform as a developer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CEX.IO?

* It feels like the security of the mobile app is low - you need to write only 4 digit code in order to log-in.

* This platform listed only few number of crypto assets to trade - BTC, ETH, BCH, BTG, Dash, XRP, XLM, ZEC and in the next month - LTC also.

* It takes long time for the support team to answer for problems/questions.

* The referral program is not rewarding enough for my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CEX.IO:

- Consider use CEX.io if you need the ability to combine the use of their special API's with your trade, or just use it in your web/mobile application.

- Cex.io for my opinion is progressing slowly but headed in the right direction, they have a bright future.

- Consider using this platform if you want the ability to convert the core cryptocurrencies to fiat money and withdraw it directly to your bank account or to your credit card - it's the only platform that we trust who offer this ability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

* Trade (buy and sell) crypto currencies - BTC, XRP, XLM especially.

* Deposit Bitcoins and coverting them to fiat money, and after it withdraw the money to our bank account.

The platform allows you to convert Bitcoin to USD on it's exchange platform, then withdraw USD directly to an Israeli credit card

The platform is very robust and it's look and feel is highly professional

The platform has a high BTC/USD conversion rate, which is very attractive when converting BTC to USD

The platform enables 2-step authentication using both SMS and Google Authenticator

The platform has a robust API which allows algorithmic trading using scripts

The platform's commissions and fees are low compared to other exchange platforms

What do you dislike about CEX.IO?

High rate for buying BTC from USD making buying bitcoins less attractive

The platform failed to deposit USD to a Mastercard credit card, it was only possible using a Visa card

The platform's support is poor, takes days to reply - there is no instant support agent

Don't use it with a MasterCard card, use it only with Visa cards

Depositing bitcoin on the account, then converting them to USD, and then depositing them to a bank account using a credit card

What do you like best about CEX.IO?

What I like about this exchange that allows you to associate your mastercard or visa, to buy bitcoins, ETH; DASH, XLM among others, for small amounts to help you start trading with little fee, which is advantageous for people who want to start in this world, especially people living in Latin America Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CEX.IO?

CEX is the only platform I’ve used that could transfer Bitcoin back to USD and then to a credit card Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CEX.IO?

The rate for BTC was much higher that in other crypto exchanges, which made it not attractive to buy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good platform for converting back to fiat"

What do you like best about CEX.IO?

The platform allows you to convert crypto to fiat pretty easily, which isn’t possible using other exchange platforms that I used like Binance or Bitfinex Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CEX.IO?

The support isn’t really great, I’ve tried to withdraw money to my MasterCard card and it fails, the support was not helpful and I had to switch to a Visa card to be able to achieve that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
