Looks nice and fancy, but it's support is bad **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Sifon J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2018 **What do you like best about CEX.IO?** Platform has high rates for BTC to USD, which is good if you wish to sell bitcoin Platform's look and feel is great, looks calming, secure and professional Registration in UK, MSB status in FinCEN, essential licenses and strong relations with banks Protection against DDoS attacks, full data encryption, compliant with PCI DSS standards Reasonable trading fees for takers and makers, special conditions for high volume traders, strong offers for market makers. **What do you dislike about CEX.IO?** Transfers take time and many times don't show up It can take up to month for a withdraw / deposit to be processed, making the site feel like a scam **Recommendations to others considering CEX.IO:** Use if if you need to get USD from bitcoin or ethereum Use it with Visa card only and not with Mastercard **What problems is CEX.IO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Main problem was getting USD from bitcoins and ethereum Main benefit was that this website claim they can withdraw USD directly to your account ### 2. Main benefit was the ability to integrate with bank account to withdraw and deposit directly, which isn't possible in other platforms like Binance / Bitfinex ### 4.
