Cannot set states we need of our documents (we contacted support and were told it wasnt possible). Very difficult to set up permissions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Cetec ERP solving and how is that benefiting you? It is used for sales in our company by others. I need it for doc control, it is useful to have completed docs in one spot, but the way it is organized and the way reviews happen are relatively uncontrolled due to permissions being hard to get right. I've attached a how to on setting up custom workflows (which I assume is the issue you are referring to). These are customizable, and some of the controls required must be stringently role-restricted. Cetec is a fully integrated system, which improves the efficiency of my accounting responsibilities. The ability to produce financials accurately and promptly has improved significantly. Good way to manage what needs to be done and what has been done. The search tool is my favorite feature. This tool quickly gets me to the information I am looking for without having to drill down through various screens. I check this list daily. The start date is 30 days in the past. I wish the start date was the current date. If I want to go back 30 days, I can easily select that. Data reports. Those are easy to manipulate on Tableau. It has given us the ability to develop good data review dashboards that easy to digest for the entire team. Cetec ERP provides a comprehensive tool that allows us to manage all aspects of our electronics contract manufacturing services operation, from account management and order creation to purchasing and inventory management to production management and invoicing through every stage of the process. Looking up a part identified as a "Non-Inventory" item can be challenging when you don't have immediate access to the original part number. Also, the Purchase Order emails I send thru Cetec's email server sometimes get caught by the recipient's SPAM filter or IT department, which can cause delays in order processing if not discovered immediately.
