**What do you like best about CertsOnline?**

My favorite feature is Ebix manages, reviews, and sends out renewal requests for vendor COI's on our behalf.

**What do you dislike about CertsOnline?**

There can be human error when the COI is reviewed and a vendor is sent a non-compliant letter. This makes vendors quite irritable.

**What problems is CertsOnline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are saving time not having to review COI's internally, which save money.

**What do you like best about CertsOnline?**

All the information you need, right at your fingertips.  The system allows for very little user error, and everything is very clearly labled and displayed.

**What do you dislike about CertsOnline?**

The system is very slow.  To the point of frustration.  Getting anything updated or changed by the manufacturer is a nightmare.  

**Recommendations to others considering CertsOnline:**

Worth it for cost alone.  Not for speed.

**What problems is CertsOnline solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We only recently upgraded to EBIX products, and the savings are real.  Typically it's cheaper per transaction, and thus smarter in the long run despite the frustration.
