Working with CertSecure has really made certs management so effortless and centralized across our domain. The KPI metrics and cert statistics are the things that strike the most; it really makes life easy to manage the PKI load overall. I've used their CA connectors for Microsoft ADCS and Digicert so far, and that's truly robust! Before, I needed to do it manually through mmc and stuff via accessing RDPs; now, I can simply issue certificates from my browser because of it. But the thing I admire the most about CertSecure and Encryption Consulting is their on-time support on the Software. I've been travelling across different time zones for my work, but wherever I was, I could always reach out to their team, and their support team was always there to help me out. Plus, our company had needed quite a lot of flexibility and customizations needed over the software, specific to address changes over certain migrations in our internal architecture, and they had implemented everything we needed. As of the usage, We daily use the software for past few years now in our company to manage client certificates and I have seen the product delivering wonderful features with each new release. So overall, I can honestly conclude, that It had been the best solution we had integrated our organization so far as a CLM solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about CertSecure Manager? I dont think they have such a downside there even till now, as the product has evolved so fast as per the industry needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is CertSecure Manager solving and how is that benefiting you? First of all, CertSecure Manager had made is easy by 100% for the overall certificate management in our environment which was previously handled by our IAM team manually. Now, the Issuance, Delivery and even Deployment of the SSL/TLS certificates accross our several webservers have been simplified. So we have been using the renewal agents extensively for that purpose. Moreover, recently they had given a new feature of Discovery Tools with agents that help us scan over the domain for weak certs, may it be self-signed, or wildcards, or weak crypto certs and all. So compliance-wise that helping a lot! It helps us enhance the overall security. Now, in the recent 90 Day shift of Google, CertSecure updates had well tackled the issue to migrate our deployed certs accross the organization to comply with the best practices. Now, I've used other CLM tools in past from Digicert or Keyfactor, but honestly the rate at which Encryption Consulting is enhancing their CLM business its quite remarkable!
