There are a lot of cool features in the Professional tier - but that gets pretty expensive

The designer mode is pretty basic - hopefully, it will be improved Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was amazed how easy it was to get started. In around 5 minutes I was able to create the first Event and test it out.

The Personal wallet that holds all your earned certs and badges is very usefull to have it all in one place! I am implementing it with Mini Courses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am really impressed with Certopus - I particularly appreciate the process focus, the journey that a certificant goes through. This can all be planned and co-ordinated to suit different events/classes be the physical or digital. The newest addition of certification validation is going to be really useful for me as the provided and to those who receives the certification, allowing them to post their validation links in their own websites, socials, etc. The platform is well support with new features and is reliable too. Can't think of anything! There are small niggly thing around context-sensitive help as there is a quite a bit to learn initially and perhaps more layout options on verification pages. My client is a sports organization with thousands of members. And we began to use Certopus for the issuance of official certificates to all members of our community, totaling hundreds of courses, modules, and certifications annually. Before, we had problems with logistics and costs for printing these paper certificates, in addition to lacking a reliable process for controlling emissions and verifying authenticity. With the use of this tool, we have greatly elevated the quality of this process. The strong points include:

- Resource Savings: We've saved significantly on time and costs by avoiding paper printing and logistics.

- Robust Security: Protocols ensure the authenticity of each certificate.

- Flexibility - we can upload designs created in Canva.

- User's digital library - the system automatically creates a digital wallet with all the certificates for each user. This has had a great positive impact on our audience.

Although we are generally very pleased with Certopus, there are areas that could be refined:

- Learning Curve: For new users, the platform can be somewhat complex initially.

- Organization: Despite having the structures for Events and Categories for organization, since we have a large number of issuances, the layout of the information or these structures in the user interface could be easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We love to sell digital certificates with certopus and engage and motivate our members to keep learning and compete with each other.

The wallet makes it easy for our members to have an easy quick overview and to share their certs on linkedin or social Media. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use once you get the hang of it. It works well, and does what it says... you can issue digital as well as physical certificates and badges that can be certified.

I have used to provide credentials for coaching clients and seminar participants and I am happy with the fact that I can design unique certificates to meet each need and send off in bulk using my company email address and company branding. There is a wide range of customisation available so you can brand your certificates as your own.

Price point is also good compared to others. I was happy to get this as an Appsumo lifetime deal which made the price for what you receive even more attractive.

When I reached out to support with an issue they were very responsive, and worked quickly to solve the issue for me.

The interface is a bit clunky, but it works. Knowledge a centre needs to be improved, right now there isn't much reference material available to use for guidance. As much as I would like to tell people what I don't like about Certopus, there's not really anything that I don't like about it. Though, getting more customization options for the verification landing page would be nice. But, don't get me wrong! They currently have a great verification landing page. It’s simple and easy to make certificates with custom designs with Certopus. I also liked the certificate templates provided in the template library of Certopus. The biggest plus point is number Integrations provided by Certopus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very clean and easy-to-use design. There are real people at the end of their support line for any help or advice which is always critical for any software product. To be honest, the pricing is very fair compared to other platforms - I would still like to see more features and benefits in each of the packages, but maybe this will come as new features roll out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For us, Certopus stood out in how efficiently it manages the certificate issuance process, especially for our sports organization that has thousands of members.
