It's not complicated and the support team is quick to get back to my questions. I was up and running very quickly.

I look forward to UI improvements, certificate design improvements, and more certificate templates options.

Before I was simply providing a PDF certificate. Certopus allows the recipient to display their accomplishment very professionally on social media, etc.

**What do you like best about Certopus?**

I like Certopus for it's user-friendly features and afforabiity. I worked with numerous tools for issuing certificates and badges for our training programs and after trying all of them, I settled with Certopus as it has the best whitelabelling features which are necessary for every insitute for buidling brand value along with issuing certificates. I also appreciate the prompt support for my queries from their team which exceeded my expectations.

**What do you dislike about Certopus?**

As I self-onboarded in start, it was little tough to figure out what feature does what as it has more features than other products but I booked a call with them and they explained it in detail and now everything seems easy for us.

**What problems is Certopus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We offer training solutions and after we complete trainings, people do ask for certificates and badges. Certopus helped us meeting this requirement without costing us thousands of dollars :)

**What do you like best about Certopus?**

I like that it's easy to use and it's also very cost effective.  Certopus is a fraction of the cost of some of the other platforms out there, and this one just does as good.

**What do you dislike about Certopus?**

I didn't like that the platform was a little slow to work with. There was some lag time that it kinda rough to work with.  Not sure if it was a lot of people using it, or if that's the norm.

**What problems is Certopus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing us to create certificates for our vendor partners.  They do a lot of training and continuing education.  By being able to provide Certopus we are getting in the door with our vendors.

For our organization, the aesthetic and professional design of the certificates issued by Certopus is a highlight. We also value the white-labelling feature and the digital verification capabilities it offers.

**What do you dislike about Certopus?**

So far, everything seems to be in order. If any issues arise, I'm confident in the Certopus team's ability to address them, given their excellent support.

**What problems is Certopus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Certopus, we struggled with the design and centralization of our certification process. Now, not only can we issue aesthetically pleasing certificates, but we can also digitally verify them, ensuring the authenticity of our certifications. This has also proven to be cost-effective for us.

It's super simple to use, even their API (which I use) makes it a breeze to generate certificates.

The event limit, I have a lot of events that only have less than 10 students. I would rather have less certificates but more events, still, it's super affordable to get some more.

The ability to bulk-create certificates that are shareable is fantastic and a great time saver. There are some competitors in the field that can do bulk creations such as certificates. Still, Certopus sets itself apart by focusing on event-specific certificates and automating the emailed copies to your recipients.

**What do you dislike about Certopus?**

UI/UX could be improved as well as support documentation but they are on the right path! The team is accessible when help is needed.

Certopus solves the need to manually create and send out certificates for every person that attends a course or webinar that I host.

I was looking for a platform to give certificates to my customers. I tried many platforms but had problems with them all. Certopus gave me everything I needed. It is the best platform for certificates. It has good features and is easy to use.

So far I have no complaints. But I wish they had more template designs already made.

I have a platform for managing events. I can give certificates to speakers and students attending events so easier than never before. With Certopus, I can give all the certificates in one place.

I like that I can trust in knowing that I have a verifiable way of recognizing my certificates issued for my courses. I'm able to offer targeted promotions to students at different completion levels and have their certificates reflect that status.

There are a few glitches like adding your photo to your profile that never seems to stick and without an error message then I don't know why but all in all the software seems pretty solid.

Certopus is a great online tool for digital certificates issuance. Our conference participants are delighted with this service either. It is easy to use and share acomplishments online over social networks.

Some of our participants don't know how to download the certificate in pdf format, even it is obvious. :)

Certopus gives us the opportunity to issue a few types of certificates per conference (presentation/attendance) and to send them easily over the platform (not to compose and send separately hundreds of emails). Certopus save us time.

Our experience using the app has been incredibly positive, to highlight three aspects that particularly are 10/10: its ease of use and navigation, its ability to generate creatively designed certificates, and its impeccable automation functionality. The automation capabilities offered by the app have streamlined our workflow and saved a significant amount of time.

There are a couple of areas that could benefit from improvement, specifically regarding typo errors in the interface and the limitation on downloading Excel files.

Certopus effectively eliminates the need for manual tracking and record-keeping of certificates. The automated record-keeping feature helps us effortlessly organize and manage certificates which also gives the certificate holders ease in viewing and downloading their certificates.

**What do you like best about Certopus?**

Certopus has saved our training company time and money by streamlining the administration and issuing of student certificates. The Certopus system is so flexible with its use of templates and placeholders (for text and images) that you can create any kind of digital certificate. The interface is very user friendly and the service support is excellent.

**What do you dislike about Certopus?**

There is nothing I dislike about Certopus. It has been impressive to see how fast the platform has developed.

**What problems is Certopus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Certopus has solved multiple problems we were having with certificate issuing. It means we no longer have to print out certificates.  Learners can always access their certificates through our branded portal, so they don't have to worry about loss or damage to certificates. They can also download a pdf copy and print it if necessary.  The Cerotopus portal also encourages certificate recipients to share their credentials via LInkedIn, Facebook and Twitter - which is great for spreading awareness of our brand!

If I have to nitpick, I'd say that the French translation in the back office could be improved, but it's a minor detail that doesn't significantly impact my overall experience.

There is nothing to dislike. It was a bit hard to get started if you just need 1 certificate, but in the end the tool does precisely what I wanted.

Not all schools give official certificates, but somehow I still wanted to showcase the received accreditations. Certopus allowed me to create professional certificates with a breeze.

I was using NetCredential previously and netcredential had poor customer support and limited functionalities. I love how Certopus allows you to get certificates issued before mailing them. This allows me to print certificates in advance and also verify credentials as well.

I wish certopus had canva integrations to Integrate my certificates with canva designs.

Before Certopus, we used to issue paper certificates or emails to acknowledge the completion and mastery of our courses and learning paths. These were not appealing or trustworthy, as they could be easily lost or forged. With Certopus, we can issue digital badges that are secured and verified, making them a modern, portable record of achievement. It helps us to increase learner engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

The best part is the design process, generating certificates in bulk, sending mass emails, and tracking them, all through a user-friendly dashboard. Plus, the pricing is great compared to other competitors. The team support is amazing too—I had a chat on the Certopus dashboard and their responses were lightning-fast. They resolved my questions in just a few minutes!

Sometimes software bit slow, but ti could be where I am located or my internet.

**What do you like best about Certopus?**

The features Certopus provides us in issuing certificates are very helpful. Like I'm very much impressed that I can import my design and upload an excel sheet and I'm able to send certificates to thousands of students within 5 minutes. 

It also preserves the quality of images I use in certificate and gives high quality verifiable pdf option.

Also QR generator works automatically, that is very easy for students to scan and verify certificates.

Lastly, they are having transparent and affordable pricing which makes it easy for us to do business with them.

I haven't came across any dislikes yet. We are having a smooth experience with them.

**What problems is Certopus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At our university, we have to issue bunch of certificates in digial format for the events, workshops and webinars that we carry out. It has saved more than 90% of time we used to spend sending certificates.

Certopus is really useful for issuing certifications. The design is great and the functionality of the app is really easy to use. I absolutely recommend it.

What I don't like a lot about Certopus is that we can't fully edit the templates and choose our colors but overall the software is really cool.

**What do you like best about Certopus?**

I have been looking for a certifying platform to issue verifiable certificates to my customers and clients and tried many services but wasn't satisfied due to some or the other issues. Certopus did cater all my needs. Definitely the ultimate in this segment with future proof features and ease of use. Would highly recommend it.

**What do you dislike about Certopus?**

None so far. However, I would wish they had more prebuilt template designs. You can always add your canva designs though.

My client has an event management platform and he wanted a credential management platform to host the certificates of all the speakers and attendees. With Certopus, we can have all at one place.

The certificates are easy to design and knowing that they are digitally signed and therefore cannot be simply copied is an essential for us.

Hard to find somthing to dislike. Would like to see more templates choice maybe.

After trying various certificate issuance platforms, Certopus stands out as the simplest and most feature-rich option.
 
The interface is intuitive, and I was pleasantly surprised by the QR code generator and mailing scheduler. 

Sending certificates and allowing recipients to showcase them on LinkedIn has streamlined our certification process and added value to our courses. 

Certopus truly understands the needs of both issuers and recipients, making it an awesome product.

I like the UI a lot, it is easy to understand and intuitive, from the start I was able to understand what to do without much information, the design of tool is very nice, the functionality I also liked. In general I have to say it seems like a matured tool

I had an issue with a certificate not showing properly, but the problem aparently was safari like it usually is,

We provide trainings for customers and need a tool to create credentials that they can use and validate authenticity. This tool is perfect for that because you can even change the designs of the certificates with your own design.

- Bulk Issunace: We can just upload an excel sheet of our in-person workshop attendees and generate print ready certificates easily.
- Qr code verification: We are able to place a scannable QR code in certificate which anyone scan to verify or view digital copy of certificate.
- Analytics: We were able to see analytics of digital certificates like how many people added it on LinkedIn from our Certopus dasboard.

As it's common for any product which has multiple features, there is a learning curve. But we are happy that their team helps promptly.

We have to issue around 200 certificates every month for our workshops. Before Certopus, we used to outsource this work with an agency which was charging hefty plus they took much time. Now with Certopus we can do it ourselves, saving precious time and money.

I like the user interface. Something I've been eyeing is their beta for the NFT badges. I don't really understand blockchain but it looks promising. They make it seem accessible and could be a good point of differentiation.

I would like the NFT project not be under enterprise plan :/ but so far so good.

I was looking for a tool to create digital badges primarily as a way to gamify my online courses so I'm so glad I found Certopus. It takes the manual work out of the process, streamlining my workflow which saves me time

I wish we had more editing options with the templates and I think the UI could be improved further. I also wish it worked on a mobile browser and sometimes it can be a tad slow.

If you need a tool to help you streamline your course certificates and badges, Look no further. Certopus is our go to tool. Since implementing this into our workflow when our students complete cources on Thrivecart Learn, it has saved use hours on manual creation. Love this tool

So far i have zero dislikes or bugs to report. We did have a small hiccup with registering a organisation (Our Error) however the support team was straight onto it and the issue resolve very quiickly.

Easy to use, affordable certificate maker for a small training and consultancy.

No major issues, everything works as it should. I am a bit picky in the how my certificates look  - but I am also one of the people who don't RTFM but get into the program and try to figure out things. There is an onboarding video that I didn't watch until much later. So yes, there was a bit of a learning curve to make it look the way I wanted.

The power of creating and changing certificates that fits my need at any situation and at any given moment, gives me the versitility that I need.

With like any other new programs, getting started was difficult.  But after making a few certificates, the process becomes easier.

**What problems is Certopus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before, we gave out thank you letters for class participation.  But, Certopus gave us an option that was not an option before, rewarding students with certificates.  Why?  Writing letters were easier but with Certopus, making certificates are even easier.

I am highly impressed by the Certopus team's support. Whenever I raised a query, the response was in minutes over chat/email. Special mention to Raj, You are a Rockstar.

Verifiable certificates, which are easy to add to LinkedIn with the click of a button, increase the probability that the student will add it to LinkedIn, increasing brand visibility.

Relatively their cost is eager while the product and support quality is top notch.
