I find Certn user friendly, easy to access and the results you are looking to receive are fast. There is no log processing time or wait time. It would be really helpful if we could add our own notes to the final application once it has been completed. That way, if it has been tagged as 'review,' we could add our own findings and ensure we have everything documented in the Employee's profile. I also think that the final report summaries could be better laid out/easier to read. Right now, I find it takes time to figure out what section I want to look for.
