I find the platform valuable in ensuring the proper controls are there and regularly getting updates that take the function and liabilities off HR and put them into the hands of the platform. So far, I haven't come across anything I dislike, but it may be the inability to modify a reference check request once it's sent. Some times when I send a reference check request, and the candidate's previous employer don't complete it within certain days, it just stays there, and I can't edit it and send it to a different person.
