Certiphi also does a good job of keeping partners informed of changes in regulations and requirements within their states. **What do you dislike about Certiphi Background Screening?** The I-9 integration and the background integration "clash". That is to say, if the user is assigned both a Background and an I-9, they'll have trouble completing whichever they attempt second. The page will often not properly load, and instead of the hyperlink taking them directly to the form, it will take them to a landing page and they'll have to add the form manually. **What problems is Certiphi Background Screening solving and how is that benefiting you?** The integration does make initiating the background check easier, timely and reliable. Producitivity has increased for the onboarding department.
