Integrating with our finance software Netsuite was the main driver of this purchasing decision. For the overall success of our services organization, having this integration is vital, and it eliminates mistakes and oversights that we would have otherwise. Being on the Salesforce platform also allows us to keep the delivery of our services better aligned with the opportunities and customer records; this keeps information more centralized. FinancialForce PSA has so much depth to it. These features are a positive, but also a negative. You have to go all in to get the total value out of the solution. I wish there were ways to take advantage of forecasting and other modules without requiring other departments to align their Salesforce processes to drive PSA inputs correctly. Also, while powerful and valuable, resource scheduler requires significant time to manage, set up and keep up to date. Simplifying inputs required to use functions of PSA would make the barrier to entry easier and improve the user experience.

Another challenge is the duplication of project updates. Our teams track project updates and progress within the PSA; the current functionality does not allow us to manage client project expectations within the system and provide the collaborative experience our teams and customers need. This product makes life easier for users as they help us to release invoice on services products to be handled differently from apttus and client is happy with billing events , Misc adjustment, time cards invoicing .

FinancialForce has helped us standardize and automate Project Management functions across our varied Business Units. It has proven to be very flexible to allow the different BUs to execute projects differently, and yet, collect common enough progress and financial information to provide Management and Regulatory Authorities timely information. I genuinely enjoy how invested FinancialForce is in its user feedback and implementation of said feedback. While I haven't had much experience, I am excited to dive into the analytics portion of PSA. Learning PSA is challenging without formal instruction, and their documentation lacks variety regarding how instructions are displayed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The user interface is incredibly similar to Salesforce Lightning. The user experience has been amazing and the tables tied to Financial Force make sense.

A couple of problems my team has been experiencing are:

1. The daily jobs take some time to understand; if any problems arise, it can take some time to resolve due to the complexity
