We’re especially glad you’re enjoying the AI features. We’ve been leaning heavily into 'Agentic AI' with our Veda suite, like our new Project Assistant and Staffing agents, specifically to solve that 'administrative drag' you mentioned. Knowing that you find the platform intuitive and highly integrated is a huge win for our product team, as that seamless Salesforce-native experience is exactly what we strive for.

What do you like best about Certinia PS Cloud?

The possibility to align the Services Estimator seamlessly with PS Cloud enables us to have early insights in the skills and competences needed for our projects. It makes staffing of our project easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Certinia PS Cloud?

OOB features it provides for managing and automating day-to-day activities of Professional Services. Project and Resource Management tools are very helpful and don't require much effort to launch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Certinia PS Cloud?

Not very detailed documentation is available. The available one is also not very structured. We have to rely a lot on Financial Force Support than having it as a Self Service. Case Deflection could be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is the most helpful for any company or organisation to manage there work. If someone using it then the way who they manage there organisation employee, what work is assigned to them , how much is assigned , how may resources are free need to allocate the work them .All these work become very easy after using this. That said, I hear you loud and clear on the learning curve. We know that a powerful tool can sometimes feel a bit like a ‘cockpit’, lots of features, but not always intuitive at first glance. We want the software to work for you, not the other way around.

To help bridge that gap, I’d love to point you toward our Certinia Community or our latest 'On-Demand Training' series, which are designed specifically to simplify those complex workflows. We are also rolling out UI enhancements in our latest releases to make navigation much smoother.
