Yes, Certinia can improve on unwinding its current model to allow customers to pick and choose what items they want to purchase and not force everyone to be all in. As a Salesforce Administrator, there was a slight learning curve because I don't come from an accounting background, but I was able to get up to speed on the processes and workflows because they are built on the Salesforce platform. It doesn't feel particularly intuitive at times as i often have to go what seems like an odd route to enter information or lookup information, as information is not always stored where you expect it to be. Time entry;reporting;slow;UI;Integration with Salesforce seems clumsy;Either not much out of the box or we've customized heavily for other reasons.
