The implementation process is not progressing forward because it seems like they think they are the keepers of the truth and don't ask enough questions to understand the process and data models for the other apps involved. The follow-up from Certinia is lacking or incomplete. It complicates our accounting processes and wasn't able to deliver. The initial setup was very hard and never fully happened. What should take me 15 minutes to do takes me literally hours. I could onboard a full extra customer every month in the time wasted due to crashes and lost data. Literally using excel would be better than this poorly setup, buggy software that freezes and even worse loses previously saved data and resets it all to default. Some fields have to be filled on multiple items, because they are no real link between them. Every actions is tedious and quite long to load, fill and execute. It is lacking of automation. Very little. Did not handle what was promised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Certinia PS Cloud? Demo'd items do not work without customization. Extreme time sink trying to work around system issues. Reporting is difficult and cannot provide what is needed. Does not handle declining balance out of box, even though demonstration showed it. Expense submission is cumbersome. Approval process does not work well. Time input is time consuming. Overall extremely dissatisfied with almost every aspect of the system. Recommendations to others considering Certinia PS Cloud: FInd a better product. Do not be fooled by the demo. Extremely expensive given lack of functionality out of the box. Extremely complex setup/configuration. Easy for users to mis-report information with how in-flexible the reporting is. What do you dislike about Certinia PS Cloud? UI, reporting, expenses, the lack of relational links - far too much internal copy/paste, deviating from the OOTB experience seems to be laboured. We were more than happy with what we had - so in that regard it doesn't solve any business problems - rather it made a lot of problems that we didn't have before.
