Utilization reporting works great. Easy to create a new project by using templates. **What do you dislike about Certinia PS Cloud?** Scheduling against tasks does not work great, no way to provide a detailed report on timecards included in a billing event and time tasks and notes. Creating a new schedule for an assignment is not very easy. Some of the new features they are building are looking very promising - like resource management, the gantt chart, etc. Expenses is pretty easy inside FF, and timecards aren't bad either. **What do you dislike about Certinia PS Cloud?** It struggles to keep up with the project management features in comparison to other enterprise PPM type solutions. A lack of portfolio management/cross project viewing, etc and task management/project building is still not easy to do. **Recommendations to others considering Certinia PS Cloud:** Be very thorough in defining your needs from an executive/reporting standpoint, down to the user input level. If you can't get users to input, you won't have good data and it will fail.
