Not very intuitive. Reporting from FF takes an expert. It takes a major investment for training staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Certinia Financial Management Cloud:

Their sales team oversold the system capabilities and their implementation expertise. I'd recommend using a 3rd party implementation partner that is an expert with all the components you are seeking to configure.

Talk to current FFA customers that are you in your industry to learn from their experience. Do this before signing any contracts with FFA or an implementation partner
