The audit trail in FFA is great compared to Quickbooks and the fact that FFA is built on top of the salesforce platform so we can integrate systems and use quantitative data in our qualitative reports has been a game changer. Permissions. I do not like that financial force doesn't allow for our budget owners to access specific reports without being able to build reports to see other segments of the business. Also not a fan of the fact that I can't discard journal entries in bulk that have not been posted yet. Sometimes I have to pay past due invoice that has old invoice date.

During the APV generation process, if I input an old invoice date, the system would not match. And an error occurred due to a past pay period.

ex) Current pay period, November, and I input September for invoice date, the APV would not match. I had to input a current month date as an invoice date to match the invoice and generate PIN. After PIN was created, I had to go back to APV to change the invoice date to the original invoice date. Also, I had to change the PIN's invoice date too.

FFA's Fixed Asset Management system is a joke. We had to pay developers to make it useful for our organization. We are a non-profit so our Fixed Assets are pretty basic.
