Managing this product is a huge undertaking. You will need a salesforce developer available if not on staff AFTER you have someone that knows the system onboard your company. In addition, your standard administrators will have to become defacto inventory controllers, accountants and so on as they learn the intricacies of each system, automate processes and put the guardrails up for your users.
