FFA is highly customizable for revenue and all areas. However, those customizations can interfere with upgrades to their new Lightning Experience. There are some odd quirks. The Bank Reconciliation module doesn't match by check number. Only vendor and dollar amount. Salesforce report limitations make it very difficult to reconcile the bank for the entire month at once. The Fixed Assets module creates a separate journal entry for the depreciation entry for EVERY asset each month. Some objects also have line limits - such as no payable invoices with more than 80 lines. Believe it or not, it's hard to get a check number from the invoice screen. Getting reports you are used to pulling from other financial systems can be tricky - such as an A/P Trial Balance or an on screen account inquiry with a running balance.
