For most areas it gets the job done and uses a similar structure to Salesforce. It is fairly easy to learn and one you understand the relationships it is easy to navigate around the different objects for the end user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No customizable financial statments. Every release there tends to be some heralded solution to this but so far every one of them has had its shortcomings. In the end we ended up using Microsoft Power BI which let us accomplish what we were looking for.
It is somewhat messy on an admin side. Coming from a Salesforce experience it has a lot of different areas to manage its various elements. It feels somewhat disjointed like modules were just lumped onto an existing solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
