It's a great SaaS product, requiring minimal technical setup, which makes it easier to configure the tool to meet our business needs, including data and process mapping, permissions, and template generation. I find the ability to automatically generate invoices using data points particularly valuable, as it helps get bills out quickly to start generating revenue. **What do you dislike about Certinia Financial Management Cloud?** Overall, there are not many complaints. I think that the relationship and integration with Salesforce that includes how to better build objects and not require so much infrastructure on the integration side. **What problems is Certinia Financial Management Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Certinia Financial Management Cloud for a seamless pipeline from sales to billing with one tool. Building automated flows doesn't require any coding knowledge and is quite simple. Many of the processes that we couldn't accomplish with our old system have been automated. Interfaces are generally friendly to users. We were successful in locating applications on the market to create simple interfaces with our online sales systems. Despite being simple to use for routine operations, the system is incredibly strong and capable of managing and maintaining massive live client databases. we frequently use it, It is easy to use and customer support is good. Easy to implement. **What do you dislike about Certinia Financial Management Cloud?** Regarding our system (cloud accounting), it meets all of my expectations and is designed specifically for our type of organization.
