We run a workforce training program at our company and managing credentials for 40 plus employees used to be a nightmare. Someone had to manually design each certificate in Canva, export it as a PDF and email it individually which took our small HR team nearly three days per cohort. CertifyMe completely changed that. The bulk CSV upload let us issue all 40 certificates in under an hour on our very first try. The UI took maybe 10 minutes to figure out with zero training needed. What really made a difference was the verification link embedded in each certificate two of our employees actually told us their new employers clicked the link to verify credentials during hiring which never happened with our old PDF certificates. The Zapier integration also connected cleanly with our existing Google Workspace setup without any IT support needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about CertifyMe? Honestly my only real complaint is the template library. We have specific brand guidelines and while we could add our logo and change colors the actual layout structure of the templates is fairly fixed. I spent about 30 minutes trying to get a specific design to work before settling for something close enough. It works fine but more layout flexibility would make it a genuinely perfect tool for branding conscious teams. The credit system also took us a couple of weeks to understand properly in terms of how credits are consumed per credential type. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is CertifyMe solving and how is that benefiting you? The biggest problem it solved was time. Our HR team was spending 2 to 3 days every time we completed a training cohort just processing and sending certificates. That time is now under one hour. Beyond the time saving the professionalism of our credentials improved noticeably, we went from plain PDFs to verified digital certificates with sharing capabilities. Our employees now actively share their credentials on LinkedIn after completing programs which has increased visibility for our training initiatives organically. We estimate saving roughly 8 hours of HR time per cohort which across 6 cohorts a year adds up to nearly 50 hours of recovered productivity annually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I liked how quickly our whole team understood the platform.We were handling a large college fest with multiple competitions and CertifyMe helped us distribute certificates in a smooth and organized manner. The interface feels very natural so we did not need any long explanations or tutorials . it saved us from the usual confusion that comes when managing long participant lists. To be honest, this credentialing service was extremely easy to use. I relied on it for several of my professional and personal projects within my organization, and it integrated seamlessly into all my use cases, even helping to boost my teammates' morale. The platform allowed me to create, manage, and award credentials through a comprehensive suite of tools, which gave me the freedom to focus on other aspects of the events and activities I organized while using it. CertifyMe has made it much easier for me to certify my teammates and all my event attendees for their contributions and other achievements. Previously, it was a struggle to manage the different aspects of event credentials, especially since there were various tiers and types of credentials depending on attendee type, contribution level, and, most importantly, the individual's current role. What I liked the most was how easy it was to get started. I handle multiple projects and I do not have time to learn complicated tools so the simplicity of CertifyMe was a big relief. Creating and sending certificates took only a few minutes and everything looked clean and professional without much effort.
