CertifyALot is a bulk certificate generation tool built specifically for trainers and coaching institutes who issue certificates batch after batch. Most trainers today are stuck doing this manually — opening Canva, typing each student name one by one, exporting individual PDFs, renaming files, and repeating for 50 to 150 students after every batch. It takes 3 to 4 hours of admin work that should take minutes. CertifyALot solves this in four steps. Upload your existing certificate design as PNG or JPG — no redesign needed. Upload your student list from Excel or CSV — fields auto-mapped from your column headers. Preview 5 sample certificates with real student names before generating. Generate the full batch in one go and receive a ZIP with every certificate delivered to your email. 100 certificates in under 5 minutes. No subscription. Credits never expire. Student data never stored.
