What do you like best about Certifier?

I find Certifier to be an excellent solution for certifying my online courses. I am very pleased with their service, which has been consistently high quality for over a year now. The setup process with Certifier was flawless and incredibly straightforward. Additionally, they are instrumental in helping me issue certifications simply and efficiently. One key reason I chose Certifier over other vendors is their superior cost and offerings, which remain a significant positive factor for me. I can confidently state that Certifier's pricing is very good and plays a big role in my continued satisfaction. Overall, I have had no complaints and believe everything about Certifier is great. "Reliable Certifications but Needs Better Excel Integration"

What do you like best about Certifier?

I find it useful that Certifier sends out certificates at the date and time I choose rather than immediately. This scheduling capability helps me manage certificate distribution according to our training schedules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Certifier?

I am having trouble with the Excel sheet not loading up the names I enter, forcing me to do it manually, despite having discussed this issue with Certifier. There seems to be a lack of integration with Excel, which is frustrating and time-consuming. Additionally, I find the software to be not very user-friendly as it requires navigating back and forth between groups, designs, and credentials to complete tasks. This process could be streamlined with clearer steps. As for navigating between Groups – that’s an intentional structure. A Group in Certifier acts like your “credential template” – it defines the design, name, and settings for what you’re issuing. Once the Group is set, you can reuse it anytime without rebuilding your credentials from scratch.

About the Excel issue – Certifier actually offers a direct native integration with Excel, so you can plug your spreadsheet straight into Certifier without manual uploads. "Easy to Use and Time-Saving, but Interface Can Be Confusing"

Reporting and analytics feel limited for multi brand operations. I would like deeper cohort and instructor level metrics, cleaner exports, and more flexible dashboards. The template editor can be finicky with precise spacing, and large image files slow it down. User management could use finer permissions for contractors. "Amazing website for making certificates"

What do you like best about Certifier?

I love that Certifier is user friendly and can be modified to my personal needs. I hosted a summer camp that past two years and I was able to create a certificate of completion using this website. What do you like best about Certifier?

This platform is exceptionally user-friendly and efficient. Setting up my first certificate and linking it to my company’s LinkedIn page was quick and straightforward, no time-consuming integration needed. Even after weeks without issuing certificates, I can jump back in without any learning curve—it’s that intuitive. I also appreciate that if a certificate ever needs an update, I can simply make the change in the backend, and it’s automatically reflected without having to reissue it manually.

I use the app to create and send training certificates for my company’s courses, and it allows me to design, upload attendee details, and issue certificates to 30 participants in about 15 minutes. The certificates look professional, attendees appreciate receiving them promptly, and I can easily track who has viewed the email or shared their certificate on LinkedIn. What do you dislike about Certifier?

My only suggestions for improvement would be the ability to make configuration changes without affecting previously issued certificates and to add a feature for copying recipient data down a column more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
