What do you like best about CertifID?

I like that i know it's secure. It's easy to use. and you can ceritfy payoffs!

What do you like best about CertifID?

CertifID is very handy to use to send out Wire Instructions to buyers and also helping us to check to make sure we received correct payoff instructions. The added Wire Fraud Protection helps our clients feel secure with sending their wires to us. It has been a great asset for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CertifID?

The only thing I would say that I dislike about CertifID is the difficultly of using it for some clients. If they are not good with technology, it can be very difficult for them to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CertifID?

CertifID is easy to implement. The price point is good. We love the payoff feature. But, the verification of seller wire instructions caught a fraudulent seller and saved us over $100K Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CertifID?

Sometimes when we try to verify wire instructions with an individual they will fail due to a VPN issue - it would be nice if the fail told them that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CertifID?

Payoff Assist was a game-changer. First in our area to utilize and second in our state. A time saver, for one, to verify new wire instructions, loan number, etc., took up to an hour per payoff. Now it only takes a few minutes to load information into CertifID Payoff Assist for verification. The bonus is getting the wire insured by CertifID! As Cyber Insurance Policy rates go up every year and cover less, utilizing CertifID has become more critical than ever to protect our clients' funds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
