We have a large team of people. Mistakes are bound to happen - you just hope none of them are ruinious. CertifID's system ensures we are protected from the most costly errors - wire fraud and seller/party ID fraud. We run every payoff through Payoff Protect to ensure payoffs get to the correct account. CertifID's newly added ID verification makes me rest easy knowing we verified the seller, heirs, POAs, etc and they are who they say they are. I wish there was a more comprehensive fee schedule. Not an individual charge for each product every time. People don't like paying to send us wiring instructions just to get their money. Verifying seller and heir ID is so important that it should be included in the pricing plan. I love that it is eays to use and it is super user friendly. We use this software very single day! It makes our closing process easier for sending wire instructions.
