I use this for work and a lot of people I work with don't want to be using their personal cell phones for work issues. Also working with older people, it can be frustrating to walk them through the process without seeing the customer's standpoint. This program is great for educating the buyer of the risk in wiring funds which helps them be more cautious during the home buying process.
