We appreciate the liability taken away from us. We send out wiring instructions to every client through CertifID now. Our clients never have questions on how to use CertifID. They just follow the steps to complete the process and feel comfortable using the platform. This is much easier than how we used to send out wiring instructions to buyers. No problems so far, but I could see in some of our sister markets who deal more with folks not in the US or not citizens who may struggle to pass the credentials. While this makes sense, it does weaken our stance that "we will only deliver wire instructions or accept wire instructions through CertifID", so a solution for those scenarios would be nice.
