I think CertifID should send daily reminders on its own to those who we send out instructions to. **What problems is CertifID solving and how is that benefiting you?** The wire fraud issues! Our office feels so much better-facilitating wire transfers now that we use CertifID. We appreciate the liability taken away from us. We send out wiring instructions to every client through CertifID now. Our clients never have questions on how to use CertifID. They just follow the steps to complete the process and feel comfortable using the platform. This is much easier than how we used to send out wiring instructions to buyers. ### 2. My one qualm is every once in a while the server seems to be down. Very user-friendly and intuitive for both our employees and our customers. **What problems is CertifID solving and how is that benefiting you?** No problems so far, but I could see in some of our sister markets who deal more with folks not in the US or not citizens who may struggle to pass the credentials. While this makes sense, it does weaken our stance that "we will only deliver wire instructions or accept wire instructions through CertifID", so a solution for those scenarios would be nice. Being able to link an account to our files is very convenient. The customer service is knowledgeable and always professional. **What do you dislike about CertifID?** I would like to have additional information when I have a failed CertifID; generic reasons that don't give too much customer detail as to why a customer failed would be helpful. The customer service should help in extreme cases, rather than minor incidents when a recipient fails a request. What comes to mind is when recipients are out of the country, behind a VPN, or having device issues, I feel these examples could be provided in an email to us when the recipient fails. **Recommendations to others considering CertifID:** N/A **What problems is CertifID solving and how is that benefiting you?** Verifying a customer's identity to confirm their instructions gives me peace of mind when wiring funds, whether it's a small amount or a large sum of money. This allows us and our accounting department to better serve the customer by releasing the wire faster. **What do you dislike about CertifID?** This may be possible to do and I just have not learned how, but I would like if there was a feature where if a wire has been rejected, say for an account number placed in the wrong space or numbers transposed, that you can go back in to the original request and re-submit. Instead I believe you have to send a new request. **Recommendations to others considering CertifID:** I would advise others to feel confident in using certifid, to familirize yourself with how to initiate the certifid. They can trust Certifid and that it is a secure platform to use. The product brings our customers additional comfort while wiring their funds to our institution. **What do you dislike about CertifID?** It is difficult at times with the older generation, that may not own a cell phone. Although they are still at risk, these steps cause them frustration while accessing s the wire instructions. **Recommendations to others considering CertifID:** The system works the best when using a cellular device versus a landline. The primary difficulty would be when we are trying to send wire instructions to a lender securely, and they do not have access to a phone.
