The initial setup of CertifID was easy, and I would rate my likelihood of recommending it as a 10 out of 10. **What do you dislike about CertifID?** It would be great to be able to send wiring instructions either to a phone or an email. You need to have both to be able to send them. And there are a lot of times where we need to rush and send those to the clients because of the due diligence period and when the contract doesn't include all of the clients information we are having to do research before we can send them wiring instructions. CertifID's newly added ID verification makes me rest easy knowing we verified the seller, heirs, POAs, etc and they are who they say they are. We have caught fraud with both CertifID's Payoff Protect and ID Verification systems. **What do you dislike about CertifID?** I wish there was a more comprehensive fee schedule. Not an individual charge for each product every time. People don't like paying to send us wiring instructions just to get their money. Overall, I'm glad we are taking these steps to make our work flow more consistent. **What do you dislike about CertifID?** * You cannot have a "Failed" CertifID request "fixed." Requests just have to be resent. * If you are entering an LLC in ProForm, you have to go back in and ADD the primary name of the managing LLC partner. Then, send your wiring instructions/requests. Then, you go to the CertifID 360 option, choose his/her name from your dropdown list, and send. But because we don't want the name(s) of the LLC managers in ProForm where we actually place the name of the LLC, you have to go back into ProForm and change it back to the LLC's name after you have received a "CertifID" notice. So. it's just inconvenient. But definitely doable. It's just if you forget to remove the member(s) names(s) and replace it with the LLC name again, your internal documents waiting to be signed at closing will have the wrong name(s) on it. **What problems is CertifID solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to use our personal cell phones via text to send wiring instructions. Now we don't have to with CertifID. You might also find it valuable to contact support@certifid.com for any insights into the reason for the fail, which will help you decide whether to send a new request and any tips for your client that might have held up the request for legitimate reasons. 2. CertifID verifies the identity of individuals, not businesses (which could employ numerous individuals). For the situation you describe with ProForm, make sure the business entity has an individual tied to it. Our SoftPro integration is able to pull in the business but if there is no contact information for an individual tied to the business then the request can't be sent out with that info.
