**What do you like best about Certificial?**

I have a large commercial client with over 300 COI's I have to send out for every renewal, all while adding new contractors on a weekly basis. I used to have to fill out each ACORD separately for specific contractor requirements. Since I was introduced to Certificial two years ago, this process takes a couple minutes if that. It has simplified this process beyond measure, and I am 100% satisfied with this company. Thank you!

**What do you dislike about Certificial?**

I cannot think of anything that I am dissatisfied with.

**What problems is Certificial solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It hasn't really helped me solve any problems because I wasn't having any, its just the ease of use and implementation to send off COI's in a couple minutes or less.

Tracking certificates of insurance for general contractors - clients of mine - making audits cleaner with no surprises
