This is not just an ordinary SAM tool but a complete SAAS ready solution. The best part is it's just not for optimzing your Microsoft inventory but your other vendors as well. Cetero automates your tasks by uploading the licensing agreements/contracts and populates the Effective Licensing Position for all major publishers which makes your job easy upto 60-70%. Moreover, like other SAM tools, it also provides License Management capabilities which are very useful for License Managers to draw insights on License cost optimization. It can take some time to get used to Certero, especially with the ample improvements that are made on a regular basis, but that is true for any SAM tool for that matter. Firstly, and most importantly, it helps manage licenses across the enterprise estate, which streamlines the license management process.
