The platform is intuitive, easy to use, and doesn't require any training or a lot of time to get used to. The feature to save your favorite reports helps to make weekly or monthly tasks more efficient. I have also had a great customer support experience - our representative is very responsive in getting us the help we need and makes us feel like we're her only client. Sometimes there are errors in reports or discrepancies between our records and accounting that are only discovered once something goes awry. Certent Equity Management helps with 3 primary functions for me: managing our equity incentive plan, employee stock purchase plan, and SEC reporting. We have RSU vestings multiple times a week and Certent makes it a breeze. The process is very smooth and efficient. And at quarter-end or year-end, reports from Certent make our lives much easier from an SEC reporting perspective. Many of these reports are also used by our external auditors as support.
