They are quick to respond and super helpful. We have very complex stock options and the staff are so willing to guide me through the process and empower me with the knowledge to move forward on my own. **What do you dislike about Certent?** We are audited every year and to be able to prove out the analysis is important. I would like to see Certent be able to show the formulas behind the numbers and be able to offer a 409A option as they house all of our data anyways, it would make it easier for our company. **Recommendations to others considering Certent:** Do it, way better than excel tracking of the data. **What problems is Certent solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solving the problem of tracking all of our options and securities so that we can send to the auditors the data in a clean format each year. The auditors spend very little time on this topic, thus saving us money on the audit costs. ### 9. The customer service representatives are very helpful and friendly as well. **What problems is Certent solving and how is that benefiting you?** It takes care of all of our unit based compensation calculations and saves us countless hours of manual work. ### 10.
