I really like how Certainty Software works great for managing our audit programs and self-assessments. The best feature for us is its flexibility on customization, which is crucial since we have multiple projects with different needs. We can customize each one with different checklists and workflows. Another aspect I appreciate is the support from the Certainty Software team. They are very responsive and supportive whenever we need them, and they are open to discussing new features based on our client's needs. Certainty Software is extremely customizable, which has been really helpful for our organization. We are a nonprofit in the human services field, so we use the platform a little differently than a typical audit environment. We use it for QA audits and to track compliance across programs, but our nursing team is also able to use it for medical compliance and even time tracking. Being able to adapt the system to work for different departments has been a huge benefit. I also have to mention their support team. I’d say there was a bit of a learning curve on the administrative side when I first started setting up the checklists and components. Because the system is so customizable, it takes some time to understand how everything works and how to build things the way you want them. It wasn’t overly difficult—just something that requires a little time and patience when you’re getting started. Once you get the hang of it, though, it works really well. Rather than managing audits and compliance items across multiple spreadsheets or separate systems, we can keep everything in one place and review results over time more easily.
